COMPETENZE/REQUISITI:
Diploma Alberghiero / Scuola professionale;
Minimo di esperienza pregressa;
Precisione, velocità e attenzione al dettaglio;
Ottime capacità relazionali;

Flessibilità oraria;
Conoscenza o comprensione dell’italiano

HAUPTAUFGABEN:
Vorbereitung von Produkten für den Service und Qualitätskontrolle der gelieferten Lebensmittel;
Überwachung der korrekten Lagerung der Rohstoffe gemäß den HACCP-Normen und der Lebensmittelkonservierung;
Planung und Kontrolle der Lebensmittelbestände und deren Nachbestellung entsprechend dem vorhersehbaren Verbrauch, der für die Linie erforderlich ist;
Zubereitung von Speisen und Kochen während des Service;
Anrichtung der Speisen unter Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und Rezepte;
Vorbereitung der Speisenausgabe und Schnittstelle zum Raum;
Reinigung der Arbeitsbereiche und der Küchengeräte.
FÄHIGKEITEN DIE DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST:
Hoteldiplom / Berufsschule;
Mindestens vorherige Erfahrung;
Genauigkeit, Schnelligkeit und Liebe zum Detail;
Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten;

Stündliche Flexibilität;
Italienischkenntnisse oder Verständnis der Italienischen Sprache
