Location

 

This position is located at Amanruya, our property in Bodrum Turkiye.

 

Candidates already possess the right for work in Türkiye. 

 

Turkish citizens are preferred because of work visa

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To greet all guests in a friendly and sincere manner and always with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • To communicate in an appropriate manner with guests, consider all comments and find appropriate solutions.
  • Constantly offering a positive attitude towards the guest and treating every comment/complaint in a constructive manner.
  • To make sure that the bar is always clean and tidy according to the hygiene rules.
  • To make sure that the bar is always ready for service, to follow the stocks closely and to make a purchase request when necessary.
  • To make sure that all drinks are prepared according to the standard recipes created by the hotel management.
  • Knowledge of bar opening and closing standards and procedures.
  • To always make the service materials used clean and ready for service, to use them with care and attention. (Glasses, sets, menagers, ashtrays, plates, tea and coffee machines, blender, etc.) Bar opening and closing procedures should be mastered.
  • Having the ability to use the MICROS system used in the facility.
  • To know what to do in case of emergency, for example in case of fire or accident, in accordance with our procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 Year Experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Positive, engaging, and energetic personality
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal on English
  • Excellent skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies
