Job Description

  • Maximise revenue to achieve budgeted targets and position the hotels to continuously increase market share.
  • Optimise the business mix, develop segments strategies and work closely with department heads to achieve the desired mix.
  • Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
  • Development and implementation of systems, practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques.
  • Ensure optimal presentation and amplification of business opportunities through direct and indirect channels.


 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Revenue role
  • Track record of delivering against targets
  • Experience utilizing multiple mediums to communicate & build relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to impact and influence key stakeholders remotely
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Prior knowledge with Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS advantageous but not essential
