Sofitel Istanbul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

İş Tanımı

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process for all guests.
  • Manage and train front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy levels, coordinating with the reservations department to optimize room revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and order in the front office area.
  • Prepare and manage the front office budget, controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
  • Implement and maintain effective communication channels between departments to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, recommending improvements to maintain the hotel's competitive edge.


Nitelikler

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office management role within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to train and develop staff.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
