Sofitel Istanbul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
İş Tanımı
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process for all guests.
- Manage and train front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy levels, coordinating with the reservations department to optimize room revenue.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and order in the front office area.
- Prepare and manage the front office budget, controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
- Implement and maintain effective communication channels between departments to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, recommending improvements to maintain the hotel's competitive edge.
Nitelikler
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office management role within a luxury hotel setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to train and develop staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
