Our successful Maintenance Technician - Staff Accommodation

• are thorough and adhere to the highest standards of preparation and cleanliness when conducting maintenance and conducting regular inspections of the accommodation
• maintain and co-ordinate stock controls for accommodation furniture & equipment, and ensure storage areas are maintained and secured
• maintain the accommodation staff files, master list, accommodation inventory, utility bills and conduct a monthly inventory
• co-ordinate with building maintenance management on any maintenance and repairs for the building
• provide useful information to staff, respond to their requests and ensure that hotel management is made aware of all staff interactions
• assist in creating and maintain a positive environment for the staff at the accommodation
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

Basic tool handling; sound knowledge of plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
Report Writing
Good Communication Skills (English - written and spoken)
Willing to learn
Willing to Multitask
