We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance to act as a primary business partner between Finance and Commercial & Operations Team leaders at headquarter to provide financial insight and support on the day-to-day operations.

As a Senior Manager, Finance, we will rely on you to:

• Work with respective commercial leaders on an aligned approach for the company to drive top line growth, sales channel and segment profitability
• Provide financial management and operational support to the Commercial & Operations teams
• Prepare financial review of contract commercial terms and purchase requests
• Develop and improve systems that support financial planning processes, ensure planning process is coordinated across HQ
• Ensure the financials targets and commercial team plan are aligned
• Responsible for delivery and enhancement management reporting including timeliness and consistency. Ensure information is communicated in a way that is easily understood by non-financial people
• Drive and promote changes to enhance operational efficiency and data availability
• Continue to improve systems and processes
  

We are looking for someone who has:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related discipline. CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
• 10+ years of Finance and FP&A experience for a large multinational company in similar position. Experience working in hospitality group would be a plus.
• Competent in MS Office applications e.g., Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
• Possess enterprising thinking mindset and can handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
