A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT RECEPTIONIST AT HOTEL INDIGO CARDIFF
Reporting to the Reception Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience within Hotel Indigo Cardiff, with the passion to be the best hotel in the City.
- Greeting and checking in & out guests with a welcoming & friendly approach
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
- Answering questions about hotel facilities, local transport, places of interest & entertainment
- Answering the phone & email enquiries
- Liaising with necessary staff including housekeeping & maintenance to address any complaints made by guests
- Keeping up to date with any Training within RBH & IHG
