Check Management: Present checks to guests, process payments, and provide any necessary change. Offer to assist with payment using various methods, such as cash, credit cards, or mobile payment apps.
Upselling: Promote special menu items, appetizers, desserts, and beverages to increase sales and enhance the dining experience.
Maintain Cleanliness: Continuously monitor and clean dining tables, keeping them organized and set up for the next guests. Ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
Customer Assistance: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, whether they relate to the menu, service, or any other aspect of their dining experience.
Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate the smooth flow of orders and ensure that guest expectations are met.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards, as well as the restaurant's policies and procedures.
Closing Procedures: Assist with closing the restaurant, which may include cleaning and setting up tables for the next day, restocking supplies, and reconciling cash registers.
