Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Prepare and set up dining areas before service, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bistro tables, counters, and service stations.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and seek assistance from the manager when necessary.
