GUEST SERVICES MANAGEMENT TRAINING - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Assist in resolving guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Learn and assist with front desk operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout a guest's stay
- Assist in providing information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Coordinate special services for VIPs, such as room amenities or event arrangements
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other hotel departments
- Familiarize oneself with hotel policies, procedures, and guest service standards
