Per il Valtur Baia del Gusmay a Peschici in Puglia siamo alla ricerca di un/una Guest Relation da integrare nel Nostro Team.

Pianificare e coordinare l’offerta dei servizi “di cordialità” per gli ospiti
Coordinare e supervisionare tutte le attività per gli ospiti.
Assistere gli ospiti nelle procedure di check-in e check-out
Accogliere gli ospiti all’arrivo
Assistere gli ospiti in aereoporto
Assistere tutti i reparti ricettivi per le esigenze degli ospiti
Pianificare e condurre incontri di gruppo

Sono inoltre richieste ottime doti di comunicazione, diplomazia e massima attenzione ai dettagli.
Oltre a essere costantemente vigile deve essere predisposto/a al lavoro di squadra.
Tra le competenze richieste spicca la conoscenza delle lingue straniere.
