R2R Finance Team Lead

  

Joining the TUI Global Business Services Team as a R2R Finance Team Lead you will coordinate the General Ledger (GL) activities to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer acting as main point of contact for Record to Report Manager.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

• Assist the Record to Report Manager in ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI MM legal entities executing Account Closing transactions and reconcile complex balance sheet accounts
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in line with Group standards
• Produce statutory reports including Year to date analysis and comments to ensure completeness of the data presented
• Liaise with Record to Report Manager in assist external and internal audits
• Ensure that inter-company accounts are fully reconciled on a timely basis work across departments
• Management, implementation and monitoring of procedures and new processes
• Ensure compliance to all internal business processes    
• Additionally, you will address complaints, resolve issues and propose improvements for the business

 

 

ABOUT YOU 

• University degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Accounting, Business Administration or similar)
• Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, required. Any additional language skills advantageous  
• Candidates with a SAP experience will be advantageous
• A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Strong Excel skills. Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Capacity to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision
