Junior Concierge

We are looking for a Junior Concierge to join our team at The Stafford Hotel. You will be responsible for handling guests’ requests in a timely manner, ensuring they provide an exceptional service to guests. The succesful candidate will also support the senior Concierge team with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings, maintaining accurate and up to date records by entering all tasks into The Concierge system ALICE

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests or residents warmly, addressing their needs and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Provide accurate information about the Hotel’s amenities, services, and policies.
• Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation bookings, entertainment tickets, and other guest requests.
• Assist in managing the Concierge desk, answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Address guest concerns and issues promptly, working to find appropriate solutions or escalating to senior Concierge staff if required.
• Build positive relationships with guests, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local events, restaurants, attractions, and trends to provide up-to-date recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and preferences.
• Cover the night concierge when on annual leave. Role will includes approximately 10 weeks of night shifts a year.

• An exceptional attention to detail is also required as is a flexible attitude when it comes to working time. As The Concierge operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
