Responsibilities
Overseeing the successful operation of the restaurant by leading and developing the team, ensuring a high standard is implemented throughout
Working closely with the FOH and BOH team members to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support them during busy periods
Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion
Establish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaises with the chef about menu changes and menu presentations
Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service
Controls food and beverage inventory and maintains the stock
Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in the hospitality industry / Event focused OR in Restaurant and Events combined with a Healthy Concept Experience
A proven track record of organizing successful events
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent vendor management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
Able to handle stress and remain calm
Problem-solving ability
Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred

About you

To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management preferably in the UAE.
