Responsible for activities related to conference/events in the hotel. Liaise with other departments to ensure preparations are executed according to requirements.

Maintains key corporate accounts for the hotels. Source for new corporate clienteles. Execute sales plans and targets through effective sales programs. Coach junior sales personnel on selling techniques and motivate them.
