Keyresponsibilities:

  • To maintain the highest standard of food preparation, service and hygiene, according to the standards required by the management.
  • Familiar with all major quality factors of food products and ensures that all items are identical with recipe and specification, striving to create new dish and produce an optimum food quality
  • Has leadership qualities, organisational talents, financial acumen, administrates and assist the operation of Azur kitchen.


Experiences and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years of similar sous chef role
  • Minimum 4 years in a Western Restaurant kitchen (French, Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian) cooking traditional as well contemporary cuisine
  • Passionate, self driven, responsible and independent with solid knowledge in food & kitchen safety
