We are looking for an Accounting Assistant - Accounts Receivable & Creditbased at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As an Accounting Assistant - Accounts Receivable & Credit, we rely on you to:

  • Maintain city ledger accurately and bills are sent out promptly and accurately
  • Review all city ledgers with proper supporting documents and prepare invoices and statements for billing from times to times
  • Review and prepare credit card folios and control for all the respective credit card companies daily
  • Receive Rooms & F&B deposits from Sales, Events Management and F&B outlets daily
  • Monitor the deposit situation and follow up the unutilized deposit with department concerned
  • Assist the team to prepare adjustment and month-end journals
  • Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of SUN Accounting System is preferable
  • Responsible, independent & self-motivated
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet a tight schedule
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
