What the role is

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Learning & Development Intern with a focus on communication to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating impactful resources and materials that support our training programs. You will collaborate closely with our Learning & Development team to enhance the learning experience of our employees.

What you will be doing

Content Creation and Management:

• Assist with developing and generating materials and informative training content pertaining to the L&D projects, including but not limited to manuals, toolkits, handouts, and other medias.
• Assist with developing engaging and informative training materials, including but not limited to manuals, handouts, e-learning modules, videos, and infographics.  
  
• Help create engaging content for internal newsletters, emails, and company-related L&D programs.
• Help design and produce supporting resources for various training sessions, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing.  
  

Communication Strategy:

• Support the implementation of communication plans for L&D initiatives to ensure effective dissemination of information.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to develop communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and participation in training programs.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain and update training records, databases, and schedules.
• Provide general administrative support to the L&D team as needed.

What you need for the role

• Strong communication and organizational management skills;
• Knowledge of Google Office suites;
• Basic data management and analytical skills;
• Fluency in English mandatory. Portuguese, Spanish and/or Hebrew are a plus!
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Be able to provide a college agreement confirming the internship.
• Be able to provide insurance certification.
