Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Sous Chef specializing in Hot Kitchen to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing hot food items, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.

Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare and cook hot food items according to menu and recipes.
2. Supervise and train kitchen staff in hot kitchen techniques and procedures.
3. Assist in menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
4. Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.
5. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
6. Monitor and control food waste and kitchen expenses.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Hot Kitchen Chef or Sous Chef.
2. In-depth knowledge of hot kitchen techniques and procedures.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Diploma or degree in culinary arts is a plus.
