The collectively agreed minimum gross wage for workers in the hotel and catering industry is € 2,135 based on full-time employment. This position actually pays a higher wage in line with the market and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.

Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. Located just steps away from the city’s most luxurious shopping and dining and its most famous historical sites, Rosewood Vienna serves as an unsurpassed gateway to one of Europe’s most charming destinations. Rosewood Vienna combines the best of European architecture and design with a refined yet modern style. The hotel offers 99 spacious guestrooms and suites, all of which will feature separate spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The contemporary accommodations merges the past and present through a thoughtful combination of elegant textural and artistic elements and the latest technological features. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.

This is what we entrust you with:
- Optimize daily technical operations and ensure smooth & efficient running of all technical aspects in the hotel
- Actively contribute to the implementation of sustainable practices by aligning our hotel with eco-friendly initiatives and supporting our commitment to environmental awareness
- Develop proactive maintenance solutions and respond immediately to identified issues to minimize downtime
What you need:
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter or similar
- Willingness to work duty, shifts and occasional weekend shifts
- Excellent manners and service orientation
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English
