·         Interact in courteous and professional manner with all guests, staff and community members.

·         Be familiar with allhotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

·         Maintain knowledge of:

• o   Scheduled daily activities.
• o   Daily arrivals/departures.
• o   Features and services provided by the hotel.
• o   Hours of operation for each outlet.

·         Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data

·         Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without any assistance.

·         Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.

·         Ensure that standards, inclusive of grooming and attire of staff, are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. Required Skills

·         Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards as directed by management (Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards

·         Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

·         Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement

·         Follow directions thoroughly • Understand a guest’s service needs

·         Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team

·         Work with minimal supervision

·         Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data

·         Prior heavy exposure to front of the house positions.

·         Ability to remain stationary at times throughout long periods of time.

·         Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility

·         Ability to perform mathematical operations with units of measure including, but not limited to dollars, cents, feet, inches, cups, pounds and ounces

·         Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred

·         Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 30 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

·         Minimum one year

• Compensation: $28.44-$37.92
