Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate employee housing and accommodation needs.
  • Ensuring the well-being of residents throughout their journey.
  • Address and resolve any accommodation-related issues or concerns.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and provide support.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee accommodations and well-being initiatives.
  • Support other HR functions as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with both Housing and People & Culture Leader, reporting any significant issues or trends.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
  • Apply safety protocols and ensure that employees follow proper safety procedures and practices.
  • Coordinate housing assignments, ensuring fair distribution and efficient utilization of available spaces.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy and related documentation.
  • Coordinating with Housing Manager for discipline and resolving escalated complaints or disputes.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in housekeeping operations and people & culture.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of employee accommodation and well-being practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
