Project Management Officer

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Oversee the execution of projects, monitoring progress against plans and ensuring the production of agreed-upon deliverables
  • Monitor and report the status, issues, and risks of managed projects. Escalate when necessary
  • Support on development of company-wide project management tools and templates
  • Work with external parties to align expectations and ensure successful delivery of services
  • Help manage and update overall budget for the project and arrange logistics for global events
  • Identify potential risks and work with the team on workaround solutions to mitigate risks


 

Change Management Officer

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of change management activities, including communication campaigns, training programs, stakeholder engagement workshops
  • Manage and prioritize workloads, ensuring effective resource allocation and meeting deadlines
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with change implementation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for change
  • Champion and advocate for the importance of change management within the organization
  • Develop and publish communication plans


 

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide teams as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges during change implementation
  • Excellent communication, presentation (ppt), and facilitation skills, able to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to put forward view/speak up/challenge (with humility)
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Strong work ethic
