YOUR RESPONIBILITIES:
- lead pastry operations
- plan, coordinate and supervise all dessert menus
- ensure food standards and presentation are maintained
- drive quality and innovation
- manage food & labor costs
- perform relevant administrative tasks, including scheduling, performance reviews and developing of reports
- ensure a clean and safe working environment
YOUR PROFILE
- Pastry expertise in luxury operations
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Culinary/Pastry operations
- Team player, flexible and resilient
- Very high sense of responsibility and quality
- A focus on our customers
- A harmonious and humble soul and attitude
- Very good German and English skills
