Reservation Agent Internship

Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented intern to join the Reservation office team. Our search is aimed at professionals who know how to be impeccable "hosts" in order to offer a service of excellence, combining spontaneity and personalization.

The Lungarno Collection brand was founded in 1995 as a hotel management company owned by the Ferragamo family. Each hotel has its own personality, drawing inspiration from urban culture, history and style to create highly personal experiences highlighted by elegance, striking design and attentive service.
The intern will undergo a 6-month training period; the experience will focus on increasing his/her responsibility in order to fully understand the department's activities.
His/her responsibilities include: managing direct individual bookings and through travel agencies, Tour Operators, companies and international circuits of which Lungarno Collection is part, managing telephone and e-mail bookings, in line with Lungarno Collection's quality standards, checking bookings through online booking systems, verifying that bookings are guaranteed and any penalties (no shows/cancellations) applied, coordinating bookings with direct contacts at hotels/offices, monitoring occupancy levels and reaching budgets and supporting the office in day-to-day activities.

Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Sales orientation
• Excellent knowledge of Italian English; knowledge of a third language will be considered preferential
