Your Day to Day -

 

• Processing payroll for employees according to a company's pay cycle.
• Conducting audits of payroll information to ensure accuracy.
• Keeping up to date with changes in tax laws that may affect the payroll process.
• Preparing reports detailing payroll expenses for management.
• Dealing with employee enquiries about deductions, wages and overtime calculations.
• Updating payroll records by adding new employees, processing changes in salary and creating accounts for benefits.
• Adhering to privacy standards and maintaining confidentiality of payroll operations.

Requirements: 

 

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in handling transactions and/or accounts of Hotel Industry preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
• Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency 
• Able to get along with others and display good team spirit 
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
