- 深入了解酒店所针对的关键行业,并在必要时获得行业/客户专业知识,以最大限度地提高潜在客户转化率
- 确保及时跟进和追求客户的潜在客户,以推动最高水平的转化
- 在客户谈判过程中,在必要时进行和/或协助业务开发团队
- 处理合同签订流程
- 更新相关系统中的潜在客户状态,并将潜在客户状态传达给相关业务开发人员(例如客户所有者)

- 与相应的活动管理人员合作,在适当的时候提供行业/客户特定的服务
- 与他/她的上级沟通遇到的任何问题和其他相关信息
- 根据需要出席和参加培训课程、每日简报会和其他会议
- 服从主管交办的其他任务

- 开发相关文档并将其交付给客户
- 为潜在客户准备和提供现场检查(必要时)
