• 深入了解酒店所针对的关键行业，并在必要时获得行业/客户专业知识，以最大限度地提高潜在客户转化率
• 确保及时跟进和追求客户的潜在客户，以推动最高水平的转化
• 在客户谈判过程中，在必要时进行和/或协助业务开发团队
• 处理合同签订流程
• 更新相关系统中的潜在客户状态，并将潜在客户状态传达给相关业务开发人员（例如客户所有者）

• 与相应的活动管理人员合作，在适当的时候提供行业/客户特定的服务
• 与他/她的上级沟通遇到的任何问题和其他相关信息
• 根据需要出席和参加培训课程、每日简报会和其他会议
• 服从主管交办的其他任务

• 按照规定的服务标准处理客户查询
• 开发相关文档并将其交付给客户
• 为潜在客户准备和提供现场检查（必要时）

• 准备和提交提案
• 确保准确及时地更新所提供销售系统（即德尔福;歌剧;等）以备将来参考和控制之用
• 执行分配的其他职责。
