Summary
As the first point of contact for the guest, the Spa Host creates the guest’s first impression of the Spa! You have a friendly, welcoming and calm manner which complements the serene atmosphere of the Spa. You keep yourself well-informed of spa treatments and promotions so that you are able to share this information with guests and answer their questions. You are well organized, ensure that the spa appointment booking system is kept up to date and that product inventory is well managed and you readily assist with other activities such as providing tours/site inspections of the spa.

Qualifications

- Diploma qualified
- Experience in the spa or hospitality industry
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well groomed with a friendly personality and a passion for great guest service
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
