What you will do as a Rooms Manager

• Oversee the Rooms experience including Front Office, Housekeeping and Concierge, working with each Department Head to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Ensure brand standards are implemented and adhered to and colleagues deliver the brand promise, consistently providing exceptional levels of service to our guests  
• Develop managers and supervisors through appropriate training, coaching, and mentoring 
• Maximise the revenue of each division and efficiently manage costs in collaboration with the Department Heads 
• Strategically analyse business performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting 
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations. Implement new technologies and practices to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
