About the Venue:

Dundee Arms is an iconic piece of Sydney’s history!

Located on Sussex Street the pub has been operating since the 1860s and while the operations have changed a little bit in that time, we also like to pay homage to the history within the bricks.

Dundee Arms is an outlet of the Hyatt Regency Sydney and though the environment is different to our five-star, luxury Hotel, we want a Team Lead who can provide the familiarity and service that our guests expect.
