Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Head Concierge role  

• Handle guest inquiries efficiently and effectively, providing accurate information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area.  
• Assist in providing personalized recommendations and services, such as booking restaurants, arranging transportation, and securing tickets for events.  
• Assist the Head Concierge in supervising the concierge team, ensuring that they provide excellent service and adhere to hotel standards.  
• Assist in creating and managing the concierge schedule to ensure adequate coverage at all times.  
• Continuously seek ways to improve concierge services, enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.  

About you  

Previous experience in hotel front office within the luxury segment is preferred. A blend of customer service skills, supervisory capabilities, and an in-depth knowledge of the local area and hotel operations is essential.
