The Hotel Regina is located in the emblematic village of Wengen, in the Jungfrau Region in the heart of the most beautiful panoramas in Switzerland, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Our Front Office department is looking for a receptionist

As a host and ambassador of the hotel, you will collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Sales and Marketing, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage departments to maintain high-quality standards in accordance with Relais & Châteaux requirements.

CONTRACT: 100%, Seasonal, starting date: as soon as possible

MISSIONS:
Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks

• Maintain a positive image of the hotel through exemplary attitude and professionalism.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding the destination to our Hotel Guests.
• Manage Hotel bookings, as well as Restaurant and Massage reservations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create unique experiences and serve as an ambassador for the hotel and destination.
• Address queries and complaints via phone, email, and other forms of correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for guests.
• Ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to all departments.
• Monitor daily arrivals and departures, coordinating closely with the housekeeping department.
• Oversee customer invoicing.
• Communicate and collaborate efficiently with all other hotel departments.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

PROFILE:
• 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Hotel training required.
• Language skills : German, French or English.
• Organisational skills and diplomacy.
• Sense of responsibility, customer service and perfection.
• Dedication to your job.
