Meetings & Events Trainee

This internship offers an exciting dive into the world of meetings and events at our hotel. Alongside our experienced team, you will actively participate in the complete management of our clients' events, in a friendly and stimulating environment.

Your responsibilities?

• You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries and offering attractive proposals.
• You will master contract writing and billing management.
• You will ensure the well-being of our clients during their stay, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
• By participating in weekly meetings, you will collaborate with the food and beverage, kitchen, and reception teams to plan upcoming events.

Desired Profile

• You are fluent in English to interact comfortably with our international clientele. Knowledge of Dutch, French or any other language is a plus!
• A student in hospitality, Public Relations, Business, or Event Management, you have an internship agreement starting this summer 2024 for a minimum of 4 months (6 months is even better!).
• We are looking for someone cheerful, dynamic, and eager to learn.
• Administrative and/or commercial skills are a big plus.
