With 51 rooms housed in a historic and stunning building located in the city centre, Hotel Fleur de Ville will feature a Fine-Casual restaurant showcasing modern European cuisine infused with influences from surrounding countries and Mediterranean flavours. Committed to sustainability, our restaurant will operate with an innovative zero-waste ethos, utilizing only the freshest, carefully selected ingredients.
As a Runner you will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving food & beverage, explaining our dishes, facilitating collaboration between kitchen and floor team, running drinks & offering professional beverage service. Your goal will be to provide our guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience. A successful Runner thrives in a fast-paced environment, can solve problems in high-pressure situations, and remain calm, approachable, and professional.

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous.

• Hands-on mentality.
• Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service & always with a respectful manner.

In Hotel Fleur de Ville, faint echoes of bygone eras can be heard in every corner and crevice, as this building used to be a thriving banking institution in the 19th century. Our 51-room property has a combination of tranquility, luxury, and comfort with 3 room categories (Bluebell, Lily, Iris), 3 suite categories (Hankar, Chambon, Beyaert), and finally our master suite (Grand Magnolia).
