About you
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and professional Bartender with a passion for introducing innovative concepts to the local market. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant. This experience can be gained through entry-level positions such as barback or server, or formal bartending training programs.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages: The bartender should have a deep understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, as well as how to properly prepare and serve various types of drinks.
• Strong customer service skills: Bartenders must be friendly, personable, and able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure: Bartenders must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good communication skills: Bartenders must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, other staff members, and management.

In Hotel Fleur de Ville, faint echoes of bygone eras can be heard in every corner and crevice, as this building used to be a thriving banking institution in the 19th century. Our 51-room property has a combination of tranquility, luxury, and comfort with 3 room categories (Bluebell, Lily, Iris), 3 suite categories (Hankar, Chambon, Beyaert), and finally our master suite (Grand Magnolia).
