With 51 rooms housed in a historic and stunning building located in the city centre, Hotel Fleur de Ville will feature a Fine-Casual restaurant showcasing modern European cuisine infused with influences from surrounding countries and Mediterranean flavours. Committed to sustainability, our restaurant will operate with an innovative zero-waste ethos, utilizing only the freshest, carefully selected ingredients.

As a Supervisor, you uplift the guest's experience during their visit. We are looking for individuals who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and improve the overall experience of our guests and the team in general. The Shift Supervisor will play a crucial part in successfully providing an excellent overall experience for our guests.

To be a successful supervisor, you need to love people, have good communication skills, and pay attention to the little details.

About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and professional Supervisor with a proven track record in leading teams and a passion for introducing innovative concepts to the local market. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience working in a bar/restaurant as a Supervisor/Shift Leader
• You are now located in Brussels (or nearby).
• Manage inventory, control costs, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
• Positive, ambitious mindset with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and leading teams effectively.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and energetic approach to work.
  • Languages required: English and French. Dutch is a plus

Our 51-room property has a combination of tranquility, luxury, and comfort with 3 room categories (Bluebell, Lily, Iris), 3 suite categories (Hankar, Chambon, Beyaert), and finally our master suite (Grand Magnolia).
