• Dishes are prepared, cooked, immaculately presented and served according to the restaurant’s menu, hotels philosophy, high quality standards set by Kempinski. 
• Check the freshness of food and ingredients.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
• Develop recipes and determine how to present dishes.
•  Plan menus and ensure the quality of meals.
•  Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality

Requirements

• Proven work experience as Asian and or Sushi chef in a renowned restaurant or 4/5-star hotel. 
•  Spoken English skill, Latvian language is beneficial
• Result and quality driven
•  Open and friendly manner, with an eye for detail
•  Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and changing environment
• EU work eligible (passport) or with existing visa 
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment
•  Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Entrepreneurial, straightforward, team player, works well under pressure, people oriented
