Referred to as “the crown jewel of Harbor East” the Four Seasons Baltimore has 62 private residences along with 15,600 sq ft of amenity space.

The role of the Residential Lobby/Public Area Attendant

Able to communicate to the owners and team verbally and in writing in regards to any concerns or questions that may arise. A team player that assists with responsibilities and duties of the residential team (covering the desk, helping the EOD, helping the other public area attendant, etc) as needed. Keeps public areas and restrooms clean, neat and well supplied.  Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.  Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas.  Responds to owner requests and inquiries while in the lobby.  Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in. Typical workweek will also include approximately 16 hours per week providing housekeeping services to occupied units, and approximately 12 hours per week cleaning vacant units and the sales floor.
