RMC Asia, representing Regal Hotels, is currently recruiting reception interns to join its 5-star hotel in Hong Kong. This internship is one of the program options in RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs alongside management training and contractual positions in Asia’s hotels and resorts. Participants will have the opportunity to work with and learn from professionals, immerse themselves in the diversity of Hong Kong's culture, and set the stage for their future careers. RECEPTION - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests, check them in, and provide information about hotel services
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide receipts
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Other related duties in the front office department
