About the job
Le sue principali responsabilità saranno:
Supporto nella gestione della attività di produzione, conservazione e regolazione del lievito naturale e dei vari prodotti a lievitazione;
Produzione degli impasti (con le varie tipologie di farine) e della rispettiva lievitazione;
Predisposizione dell’impasto, porzionatura e predisposizione di pizze e focacce per la cottura, con rispettiva spianata e guarnitura;
Preparazione degli ingredienti di base e della linea per il servizio monitorando gli approvvigionamenti necessari per l’apertura della ristorazione;
Monitoraggio del processo di cottura delle pizze, verificando la corretta e costante temperatura dei forni;
Pulizia e riordino degli spazi di lavoro e dei macchinari utilizzati;

Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo;
Passione per il settore food & beverage e per la tradizione enogastronomica italiana;
Buone capacità manuali nell’utilizzo di macchinari e strumentazioni specifiche;
Ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team;
Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni/nel weekend.
