• Welcome our guests with a warm smile upon their arrival at the hotel, creating an unforgettable first impression.

• Become a master in the art of check-in and check-out.

• Respond courteously and efficiently to phone calls and guest requests.

• Become a walking encyclopedia on Brussels, sharing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and the city's best-kept secrets with our visitors.

• Juggle reservations and guest special requests with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable.

• Work closely with other hotel departments to create an unparalleled guest experience at every moment.

🔍 Our Search:

• You effortlessly speak English to address our international clientele. If you speak French or Dutch or any other language, it's a plus!

• You don't necessarily need to study Hospitality; what truly matters is your radiant personality and passion for customer service.

• You have an internship agreement starting from September 2024 for a period minimum of three months.

• You'll have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team in a prestigious environment.

• You'll develop practical skills in hotel management and customer service.

• You may participate in internal training and networking events.

• For students residing abroad, we offer compensation for housing assistance.

• Complimentary lunch provided each shift.

• Work Schedule and Environment: Shifts may include working from 7 am to 3 pm as well as from 3 pm to 11 pm. You may be required to work weekends.
