Description
主要职责MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  发展、执行、优化、监测和评估酒店的营销策略(目标、策略和行动)以达到和超过预测收入,如房务部、餐饮部和所有其他可产生收入的部门

To develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s Revenue Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue-generating departments.

2.  分析当前酒店收入发展趋势,以确定提高酒店收入的重要市场地区

To analyze the current revenue generation trends of the hotel to identify critical areas for Revenue Enhancement.

3.  协助年度、月度和周度收入预测

Execute yearly, monthly, and weekly forecasting.

4.  通过分析商业趋势,协助营销总监、销售总监和所有产生收入的部门将收入最大化,关注酒店机遇,确保不断进行商业情报数据的挖掘、管理收入、定价和分销策略,将数据适当保存,送达相关部门

Assist the Director of Marketing / Sales and the revenue departments in maximizing revenue and yield through business trend analysis. Highlight areas of opportunity, ensuring delivery and maintenance of optimum data mining, revenue management, pricing, and distribution strategies on an ongoing basis.

5.  协助管理剩余空房和预测散客和团体所需房间、确保酒店使用最佳策略和管理方式、减少不协调的安排、将酒店收入最大化

To execute inventory and forecasting methods of FIT and group business, ensure optimal strategies and controls are in place to minimize displacement and maximize total hotel revenues.

6.  协助营销/销售总监为销售团队提供策略性指导,协助销售经理建立个人企划书、为公司型客户分类(重要客户管理),同时协助建立月度报告书

To assist the Director of Marketing / Sales in the strategic direction of the Sales Team by assisting the Sales Managers with their Personal Business Plans, and corporate account classification (key account management) as well as ensuring monthly reporting needs are met.

7.  通过商业情报和收入管理软件(IDeaS软件)的使用,优化收入预测

Optimize forecasting through the use of Business Intelligence and Revenue Management applications (IDeaS software e.g.).

8.  确保对散客和团体客人的剩余房间数据控制,以及酒店整体的剩余房间控制

To ensure optimal inventory controls are in place for FIT / Group and the hotel.

9.   根据竞争者策略和市场浮动的改变监管并且经常调整定价策略

Monitor and constantly adapt pricing strategies in the context of competitor strategies and market fluctuations.

10. 根据客户需要和产品提供的前后一致性制定优惠策略、调整产品打包

Define discounting strategies and adapt product packaging according to customer needs and consistency of product delivery.

11.  确保所有销售渠道都和饭店销售策略一致,并且紧密监督不同渠道之间的流动(渠道管理)

To ensure distribution through all channels is in line with the hotel Distribution strategy and closely monitor business shifts between channels (Channel Management).

12.  对由行业、公司和酒店导致的行销企划功能变化做出反应
Respond to changes in the Marketing function as dictated by the industry, company, and hotel.

13.  执行其他分派的合理职责

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Key Responsibilities
为市场销售部员工提供国内外市场情报,实现扩大整体销售收入和利润的目标

To provide the hotel’s Marketing and Sales employees with internal and external marketing intelligence to support informed decisions resulting in an increase in the hotel’s overall revenues and maximize profitability. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. 在酒店行业具有不低于10年的工作经历                      
A minimum of ten (10) years experience in the hospitality industry.
2. 豪华品牌酒店具有同职务不低于5年的工作经历 Five years in a similar position within a luxury brand.
3. 具备与客户,员工和第三方合作伙伴较强的交流能力 With customers, employees, and third parties partners strong ability of communication.    4.具有处理问题的能力,推理能力,积极性,组织能力和培训能力Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.        5. 精通电脑的各种应用程序 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.          具有将强的书写和沟通能力 Good Communication and writing skills.
