About the job

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with fine dining aspirations and an ability to match.
The head chef will supervise a team of between 10 & 15 professionals to create a seasonal and ever changing menu to keep the members entertained throughout the year.

About you

Passion for new, exciting ingredients, flavours and combinations and working with seasonal and local produce
Experience running a fine-dining kitchen as head chef and previous responsibility for product development and purchasing.
Menu development experience in a fine dining establishment
Responsibility for managing food costs and GPs as well as all product management
Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff
Able to work in a high pressure environment
An interest in working in a luxury ski resort in Switzerland
  • Languages required: French and English.
